Witan French Market 2008
Witan is pleased to invite you to jury for the 31^st annual French Market to be held Friday, February 22^nd and Saturday, February 23^rd, 2008. The French Market is a juried/invitational show featuring artists from Ohio and surrounding states selling their original works. The Market will be held at Todaro’s Party Center in the Cuyahoga Valley, a beautiful suburb of Akron, Ohio. Every effort will be made to insure that the show is well balanced. Witan is a self-sustaining, non-profit organization and has donated over $1,000,000 to community agencies.

Booth Sizes:
		8’ x 8’	corner or			8’x 10’	=	$210.00
		8’ x 10’	corner or			8’x 12’	=	$220.00
		10’ x 10’					=	$220.00
		10’ x 10’	corner				=	$240.00
Artists must provide their own 3-sided booths, tables, drapes, and screening so that adjoining booths are not visible. The appearance of your booth is important!
Jury Requirements: Submit four (4) 35 mm color slides of your current work. A photo of your booth must be provided. The photo will not be returned. Label each slide with your name, number, and arrow indicating the top. All work must be of fine quality and the original work of the applicant. No commercially manufactured items will be permitted.
Jury Fee: A non-refundable jury fee of $5 payable to Witan, as well as a self-addressed stamped envelope with appropriate postage should be included with the slides.
Display: Work displayed at this show must be in the categories in which the artist was juried. You cannot, for example, gain acceptance with the slides showing decorative pottery and offer for sale ceramic jewelry. All work must be comparable to the work shown in your slides. All prices must be clearly marked.
